Police brutality caught on CCTV
Murria Solicitors were instructed by our client in a matter of an assault by the Police.
Our client was assaulted and had his head aggressively banged against the wall by a Police Office. Our client was compliant with the Officers and did not behave in any way to warrant the unprovoked assault. The Police denied liability in the matter. The police were unaware that the whole incident was caught clearly on CCTV and proved the Officer was lying.
Our client was awarded £5,000 plus legal costs in compensation from the Police.
