1. Commercial Property Solicitor

An incredible opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor looking to join our Commercial Property department based at our Birmingham City Centre offices.

Designation Commercial Property Solicitor
Profile We are seeking a talented and experienced individual for an exciting opening within our established Conveyancing department, focusing primarily on commercial property. We have an established clientele of commercial landlords, retail tenants, property developers, hotel owners and care home operators. The work is varied and exciting.

The role will include, but not be limited to:-

  • Buying and selling development land
  • Buying and selling commercial properties, including offices, shops, industrial units, care homes, and nursing homes
  • Acquisition and disposal of leasehold and freehold land
  • Commercial leases
The ideal candidate must have The role is well-suited to someone with

  • minimum 4 years experience in commercial property
  • knowledge of the full spectrum of commercial property law
  • aspiration to service our existing clients with excellent standards
  • ability to manage a busy case-load
