Profile:
Bharat completed his law degree at the London School of Economics and went on to complete the Bar Professional Training Course at Lincoln’s Inn, London. He was called to the Bar in 2013 and then later decided on a qualification route to become a Solicitor. Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor, he worked as a paralegal at Murria Solicitors for over five years and made substantial progress in areas of civil litigation. He is noted for his drafting skills, achieving one of the highest marks in his Bar cohort in the Drafting Module. Areas he has significant experience in include banking law, property disputes, intellectual property, defamation and land tribunal proceedings. He also undertakes court of protection work and is experienced in completing applications to restore companies and extending time for legal charge registrations.

Aside from civil litigation, Bharat now has a growing expertise in private client and can accept instructions for wills, probate and tax advice.

Outside of work, Bharat enjoys playing tennis and is a keen supporter of Manchester United and the Indian cricket team.
