Hina qualified in 2001 and focused on specialising in Criminal defence. She started her career in London and worked on a number of high-profile cases at the Central Criminal Court. She has worked in the West Midlands for the last 16 years. She qualified as a higher Court advocate in 2013 having been the head of the Crown Court Department in her previous role. Hina both prosecutes and defends giving her a wider scope of knowledge in Crime. She is a duty Solicitor and attends the police station regularly to represent those who are attending voluntarily or under arrest.
Hina is particularly adept at assimilating evidence and narrowing down the issues to successfully defend clients in Court. She regularly appears in the Youth Court to defend vulnerable young people facing serious charges.
