Six figure compensation for injured midwife
We recently settled a substantial claim on behalf of a midwife injured in a road traffic accident on 04 November 2013. Our Client sustained severe injuries to her knee, head and suffered psychologically as a result. It impacted on her ability to work as a midwife. There was significant amount of future care and rehabilitation that had to be planned and accounted for. Although the Defendant raised issues of contributory negligence and exaggeration, against our client, we still managed to achieve a substantial six figure sum for compensation, plus her legal costs. Claim settled in July 2017.
