Bharat completed his law degree at the London School of Economics and went on to complete the Bar Professional Training Course at Lincoln’s Inn, London. He was called to the Bar in 2013 and is now on route to qualify as a Solicitor. He has worked as a paralegal at Murria Solicitors for almost five years and is making substantial progress in areas of civil litigation. He is noted for his drafting skills, achieving one of the highest marks in his Bar cohort in the Drafting Module. Areas he has significant experience in include banking law, property disputes, land tribunal proceedings, intellectual property, defamation and land tribunal proceedings. He also undertakes Court of Protection work and is experienced in completing applications to restore companies and extending time for legal charge registrations.
