We are currently acting on behalf of a Client in her claim for Disability Discrimination, victimisation and harassment against her current employer.
Our Client has had a successful marketing career and following a move to a smaller organisation, was soon inundated with such volumes of work that it effected her health. She went off on sick within 6 months of starting her job and wasn’t given support when raising her issues with her managers. The employer has since tried to bring misconduct proceedings against her to justify dismissing her.
The claim has been issued and accepted by the Tribunal and has been listed for Trial early next year.
