After three decades in private practice, Naresh has retired and is no longer practising. Naresh retired from private practice with Murria Solicitors in November 2019 but continues to provide consultancy services to the firm. He remains very much part of our team and is always on hand for his experience and expertise to be called upon. He is experienced in dealing with complex property matters, a strong client base and has represented various owner-managed businesses with multi-million-pound assets. During his service, he has dealt with both residential and commercial conveyancing, in working on a comprehensive range of property-related transactions and is renowned for his property knowledge.He has acted for clients in the acquisitions and disposal of care homes, nurseries, shops, restaurants and more.

sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties, acting on behalf of landlords and tenants in leasehold transactions, acting for developers on site acquisitions and disposals, undertaking a wide range of property finance and re-financing work.
