Salary: £60,000 per annum plus bonuses
Annual Leave: 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Our Commercial Property Department
Our firm has been established in the heart of Birmingham City Centre for over 34 years and serves established commercial clients and private individuals. Our experts are recognised across the region for their outstanding client care and high-quality work. We regularly act in sales/ purchases/ leases involving hotels, care homes, shops, pubs and restaurants.
The candidate
Manage a workload of commercial property work including the drafting and completion of leases, licenses, sales and purchases of land, disposals, acquisitions and development agreements, preparing reports on title, advice notes and executive summaries as well as advising on freehold and leasehold transactions.
The successful candidate will be expected to work with as part of a team with the benefit of full administrative / secretarial support.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated, client-focused and friendly property lawyer with an excellent academic record, good with IT and have experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial property transactions.
